Scottish Highlands

12.02.2011

The Clio completed an unforgettable 600-mile, two-day road trip from Southampton to Loch Ness. After a comfortable motorway sprint to a overnight stop near Loch Lomond, the second day brought a dramatic climb along the A82 into the Scottish Highlands. The nimble hot hatch performed flawlessly on the frosty, undulating roads, navigating misty lochside breaks and breath-taking views of snow-capped peaks through Glen Coe. It was a highly engaging debut journey, perfectly captured in classic photos of the car and its owner proudly sitting on the bonnet against the majestic winter wilderness.
